The 4kW Off Grid Inverter is a high-efficiency hybrid power solution designed for off-grid and backup power applications. Combining solar PV input, battery storage, and grid/generator compatibility, it delivers pure sine wave output with seamless switching between power sources. SiC-based MPPT enables 2x PV oversizing. IP66 survives sandstorms/monsoons. Smart cooling sustains full load at 45℃. Built for off-grid and microgrid scenar.

Communication
The inverter supports to be set up locally via WiFi, it can be connected to the cloud via WiFi to monitor the operating status of the inverter and the operation of the power plant.
● WiFi (optional): support 2.4G band, need to set the router to 2.4G.
● WiFi signal strength is supported to be viewed via AlpsCloud APP. When the signal strength is less than -60dBm, it is recommended to move the router closer to the equipment or move away from the signal blocker to improve the signal strength.
● Support dry contact communication.
● Support RS232 contact communication for host computer.
● BMS communication supports CAN/RS485 communication.

Can the system operate without a battery?
Yes. The inverter supports a battery-less operation mode, directly powering loads from PV or the grid. However, for backup power functionality during a grid outage, a battery is required.
Is the system expandable for future energy needs?
Absolutely. A key feature is its modular scalability. You can start with a single 4kW unit and expand by connecting up to 6 units in parallel to form a larger single-phase system or 9 units for a three-phase system, allowing for incremental capacity upgrades.
What certifications and safety standards does it comply with?
