Celebrating Tradition and Strengthening the Innovative Team Bond
With the annual Dragon Boat Festival approaching, the R&D Center of Topow Electronics recently organized a delightful and heartwarming team-building event-a Zongzi making session. This activity aimed to celebrate traditional Chinese culture, enrich employees' lives, and significantly enhance team cohesion, offering our engineers, who are usually deeply focused on technical innovation, a perfect opportunity to relax and engage in a unique hands-on cultural experience.
R&D Center prepared abundant ingredients in advance, including glutinous rice, red dates, pork, egg yolks, and bamboo leaves. The event was filled with laughter and joy. From initial clumsiness to growing proficiency, colleagues happily exchanged tips and techniques on how to wrap Zongzi. Triangles, pyramids... various shapes of Zongzi gradually took form in everyone's skillful hands. This process was not just a fun challenge but also a vivid reflection of the teamwork and collaborative spirit that mirrors our daily efforts in tackling complex R&D projects.
Fragrant bamboo leaves and grains of glutinous rice were transformed into delicious Zongzi, each carrying best wishes, by everyone's diligent efforts. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and festive.
Following the Zongzi-making activity, the entire R&D team gathered for a festive dinner. Everyone enjoyed the fruits of their labor, shared stories about work and life, and strengthened personal connections in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, deeply feeling the warmth and care of the Boryuan family.
